Booking Policy To ensure the best possible experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you take a moment to review our booking policy before scheduling your appointment. ✅ Making a Booking All appointments must be booked in advance, either online, by phone, or in person. No walk in appointments are available. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. This will go toward the cost of your treatment. Please arrive on time to make the most of your session. If you are running late, we may need to shorten your treatment time out of respect for other clients. ❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), may result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee. 💳 Payments * Payment is due at the time of service unless a package or prepayment has been arranged. * We accept: EFTPOS, cash, Afterpay, AMEX, VISA, Wise, Bitcoin, Master Card, Laybuy, Kalarna. 👤 Client Courtesy & Conduct Please treat our space and staff with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is aggressive, inappropriate, or unfit for treatment. For the comfort and safety of all clients, we kindly ask that children do not accompany you to your appointment unless previously arranged. 📝 Health & Safety Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or concerns prior to treatment.
